The positive:
The unit, the complex, and the location were all fabulous. Just what we wanted and needed. Your staff are all so kind and helpful. We had such a good time. The hot-pool was so nice! Like a giant hot-tub! Perfect temp. My kids loved it! Great set-up – garage, luggage carts, locker room, elevator, ease of access to the lifts. Just a great experience all around.
The not-so:
The dishwasher doesn't work so well. Leaves food and a chalky soap residue on the dishes. The heaters are funky – set them to 50 degrees and it's still too hot in the unit. Neither of these problems were significant.
Thank you so much for providing such a great place to stay. We would definitely stay again and refer our friends.
Thanks,
Ted

We enjoyed our stay at Snow Flower the condo was great, the customer service the staff provided was second to none. I'm looking at options right now for another ski trip. Do you have availability?
Thanks,

Snow Flower in Park City is my idea of the perfect spot to go skiing. From the short ride from Salt Lake airport, the ease of skiing in or out of the condos, the helpful staff, the snow conditions, the many different runs available, the closeness of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping in Park City, to the ease of transportation services, everything is in place for anyone to have a wonderful skiing experience. My family has been coming to Snow Flower for several years, and expect to return for many more.

I would love to let you and anyone else know that I could not have been treated any better by you and the staff at Snow Flower and that my accommodations were excellent. Everything that I wanted or asked for was not only done, but done timely with a smiling attitude. I will be coming there again, hopefully the week between Christmas and New Years this year, with my son and other friends.
Thank You,
Bob

Joann, Just a note to thank you and your staff for another wonderful ski trip and vacation. This was our third year to stay at Snow Flower and , as always, can't wait to return next winter.

We had a great time at Park City and the Snow Flower was a large part of that. But I really want to pass on our deep gratitude for the way you allowed us to slide our reservation two days at the last minute when US Airways cancelled our Saturday morning flight and we couldn't get to Salt Lake until Monday. This was probably the last spring break we will spend as a family for the foreseeable future since my eldest will be graduating from West Point in May and will be entering military service. If you hadn't accommodated the change, we would have had a real bummer of a week. Thanks so much. You can share the above if you care to.
Regarding the service, it was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only thing which would have made things slightly better is to have more than one data port for laptops - we had four laptops with us - another port or wireless would have been great.
Have a great day,

My seven year old and I just wrapped up our 2nd annual "boys weekend" at the Snow Flower. We had a phenomenal time! The skiing was terrific and you can't beat the Park City ski school for kids.
As far as Snow Flower goes, we stayed in a Studio, sharing a murphy bed. The apartment was spacious, spotless and well stocked. Having a full kitchen is a big advantage, especially when traveling with kids. And you can't beat the ski in/ski out convenience of Snow Flower!
This was probably the last "boys weekend" though. Mommy and little brother are tired about hearing how much fun we have and are threatening to join us next year. The more the merrier! See you next March!!!

We stayed in unit 64 and loved it!. The unit was decorated nicely and the view of the slopes was great. We had a great view of the Payday slope from a distance. After skiing, it was nice to go to the pool and relax. We met many great people that way. I would love to stay in that unit again and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Snow Flower for our next trip to Park City.

We had a great time in Park City even though it was before the current snow storm so we had very warm spring skiing. Still great skiing in the morning hours.
Our only complaint with Snow Flower is the unit we stayed in this time, #210, was lacking in the kitchen department. It had only the bare minimum of utensils, pots & pans etc., no Tupperware or storage containers or Ziplocs! So we had to do a lot of shopping for things that are normally already there in a rental unit. You can tell the owners never cook there. That was a disappointment. Also, the refrigerator had to be switched out while we were there as it was not working properly. But, on the good side, the view was killer! And the beds very comfortable. Overall a very nice trip, just wish it had snowed while we were there!
We will be back as we love the mountain and the town as well as the ease of getting there.

We had a wonderful time at Snow Flower this year. The snow was excellent and so were our accommodations. Plus we really appreciate how nice and helpful the staff was. You might remember that we tried another resort in the Park City area last year, and I can definitely say that all four of us were happy to be back at the Snow Flower. It was like coming home. The convenience of Snow Flower's ski-in ski-out location is unbeatable. Plus it is so easy to get to town, either by walking or taking the car. A great way to end the day after a hard day of skiing is to sit in the sun out on the balcony and take in the beautiful surroundings. Some day I would like to come out during summer and try out the tennis court. I am already looking forward to coming out skiing next year. Thanks again for your hospitality.
