Park City area businesses are open and ready for visitors!

Hiking and biking trails and local restaurants and boutiques are open. Snow Flower Park City joins the local Park City business community as we collectively adjust our business practices and operations to ensure health and safety remain our #1 priority.  

We look forward to welcoming visitors in a careful manner as the weather continues to warm and the dog days of summer return. 

Safety and Sanitization 

As such, we have adjusted our practices and operations to account for current health regulations and ensure the safety of our guests and employees.


We continue to closely monitor the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s recommendations regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We are committed to following guidelines from these agencies and our local health department. 

At Snow Flower Property Management, our guests will notice the following operational practices to keep our guests and employees safe.

  1. Please maintain social distancing in our lobby and common areas.
  2. Guests are asked to use hand sanitizer and wear a face covering upon entering the lobby. We will allow one person at a time.
  3. Hand sanitizer dispensers are available in key guest and employee areas.
  4. Staff will wear face coverings when interacting with guests and co-workers.
  5. Interior maintenance repair will be limited to emergencies only.
  6. In-room sanitization offerings are available to include sprays and wipes.
  7. Units will remain vacant for 24 hours between guests.
  8. Hot tubs, locker rooms, and spas are currently open at ½ capacity. Guests are required to maintain 6' social distance. 
  9. Leisure pools are expected to open (week of May 25) at ½ capacity and guests required to maintain 6’ social distance. 


Health and safety remain our top priority.  In addition to the guest facing protocols outlined above, our team has implemented all recommended sanitization protocols and precautions. All high touch surfaces including TV remotes, faucets, light switches, doorknobs and cabinet and drawer pulls are being thoroughly cleaned between visits.
